Returns Made Easy at Sixmore!
We hope you’re loving your Sixmore gear! But if it’s not quite what you had in mind, no worries—here’s how our returns work:
1. Change Your Mind? No Problem! You’ve got 30 days from your purchase date to return your unused gear for a full refund. Just make sure:
It’s unworn, unwashed, and tag-tastic (tags attached, please).
It’s free of pet hair, smoke smells, coffee stains, etc.
Quick Note: If you bought something at full price and then we start a sale (lucky timing!), we can’t refund the difference.
2. Return Shipping You’ll cover return shipping costs, but if we made a mistake with your order, we’ve got you covered!
3. What’s Refunded? We’ll refund the cost of your item (plus tax if it applies). Original shipping costs? Not part of the refund unless it’s our fault.
4. How to Start a Return It’s easy! Just send us an email at returns@sixmoreclothing.co.uk with:
Your order number
The reason for your return
Want to exchange instead of refund? Let us know what you’d like. If it’s in stock, we’ll sort it. If it’s out of stock, we’ll refund you instead.

5. Processing Your Return Once your return arrives, it goes through an inspection (think of it as a spa day for your clothes!). If it passes:
Refunds will go back to your original payment method (or store credit if you prefer—just let us know!).
Refunds can take 15–30 days to show up on your statement.
Heads-Up: If the return doesn’t pass inspection (sorry, we can’t take back worn or damaged items), we’ll ship it back to you with no refund or credit.
6. Warranty We offer a 30-day warranty on everything in our online store. If something’s not right, email us at returns@sixmoreclothing.co.uk—we’ll work with you to make it better!
